Membership Benefits

The BEDC Online Community is an interactive, user-generated database dedicated to promoting cooperation and knowledge-transfer among New York City nonprofits. Memberships to the site are completely free and open to any nonprofit or individual engaged in commercial revitalization—improving the diverse shopping streets that are the backbone of our City's neighborhoods.

By joining the BEDC Online Community, you will have full access to all of the website's sections and features, including the ability to add and modify resource guide articles, post and rate vendors, and participate in our discussion board. Members also have the ability contribute articles to our community development blog and add events to our nonprofit events calendar, both of which are viewed by the public. Lastly, each member receives a user profile that will help you get to know your peers in the community development field.
