Does everyone in your organization have a framework for recognizing ethical choices? The consequences of unethical behavior by subordinates can, in minutes, destroy an organization's hard-won reputation. How can we help our employees internalize our deepest organizational values? While we may be clear about right vs. wrong decisions, what about ethical dilemmas where either decision seems right? In this workshop, led by Gregory Cohen, participants will increase their awareness of the central role of ethics for survival in the 21st century, acquire plain language tools for talking about ethics in their organizations and draw upon the common ethical values underlying their work and personal conduct to make informed ethical decisions.
