Storefront Open House on Central Fulton Street

The Pratt Area Community Council has organized an exciting event on Thursday June 11th called the “Rolling Up the Gates” Storefront Stroll, a 1-day storefront open house for over 16 commercial properties on Central Fulton Street between Flatbush and Bedford Avenues. This event is a great opportunity to find the perfect retail, office, or artist space in the vibrant neighborhoods of Ft. Greene, Clinton Hill, and Bedford-Stuyvesant.

This event will begin with a welcome reception from 12-1 pm at Autour du Monde Bar and Restaurant, located at 860 Fulton Street at the corner of Clinton Avenue. This reception will serve as a networking event between brokers, property owners, and prospective tenants and will feature a brief presentation on the benefits of opening a business on Fulton Street. Prospective tenants will then be invited to take a self-guided tour of available spaces from 1 – 7:30 pm. The owners and brokers for these spaces will be on-hand during this time to meet with prospective tenants and answer their questions. Maps and property information will be available for pickup throughout the day at 860 Fulton Street and 896-900 Fulton Street.

This event will also feature free art installations and performances courtesy of the Julia Kito Kirtley Art Collective. This will include performances at 936 Fulton from 3 – 7:30 and installations at 936, 1096, and 1110 Fulton from 1 – 7:30.
