Lead Safe Work Practices Workshop

Lead Poisoning has been identified as the #1 childhood health risk in the United States, reducing IQ's and causing a host of other serious permanent health effects in children.
Neighborhood Housing Services of Bedford-Stuyvesant, in conjunction with Lead Connections, will be hosting a FREE Lead Safe Work Practices Workshop to provide you with the information and training necessary to identify Lead in your home and take the proper steps to promote a healthy and safe household.  Also, obtain information on the FREE Grants available to qualified homeowners, landlords and tenants (including FREE Lead Hazard Risk Assessments by Certified Professionals as well as FREE Home Improvement Repair Supplies and Materials for Lead Hazard Control)
