Brooklyn Walking Tour: Historic Fort Greene

Don't miss the next Historic Fort Greene Walking Tour, the winner of BEDC's Brooklyn Neighborhood Tourism Initiative. Join us as we stroll the streets of this wonderful neighborhood with forays into Clinton Hill and the area surrounding the Pratt Institute. Stops could include sites associated with the Underground Railroad, Spike Lee, Marianne Moore, Stanford White, Richard Wright, and the Arbuckle family.

The tour will also pass through the many exciting shopping streets of Fort Greene/Clinton Hill, including Fulton Street, Dekalb Avenue, and Myrtle Avenue, revealing many unique and interesting places to do some holiday shopping!

The tour will meet at the southeast corner of Flatbush Avenue & Lafayette Avenue, under the large red BAM sign, at 1pm on Sunday, December 7th.
