The Office of Citywide Health Insurance Access (OCHIA), part of the city’s Human Resources Administration, developed and currently manages a web site, New York City Health Insurance Link, www.nyc.gov/hilink, designed to help individuals and small businesses in New York City find affordable health insurance options that meet their specific needs and budgets. The site enables users to compare the benefits and costs of plans offered by every NYC insurance carrier in one convenient location.
