Please plan to participate in NPCR's 3rd Annual Brownfields Forum "Evolution in Brownfields: From Policies to Partnerships."Over 300 community development leaders representing over 50 communities and participants in the State's Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) program are expected to participate. The forum will focus on the challenges and solutions to advance the clean-up and re-use of brownfields sites and how New York's area wide BOA program is being applied upstate and downstate, in urban, suburban and rural communities to achieve renewal and revitalization.
